Luxuriously appointed, newly renovated, sunny property, is an ideal holiday rental. Just minutes from the Old Town, 3 minutes walk from the main shopping street, Ave Jean Medecin. The beach is about 10 minutes walk. The property comprises a spacious hall, living room, with separate kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, 1 en-suite and a separate bathroom. Each bedroom has its own walk-in wardrobe. There is a small French Cafe outside the main door on the right, for that 'relaxing espresso'. The train station is 10 minutes walk and the main bus station is 8 minutes walk. It's an ideally located apartment, on the 4th floor, serviced by lift. The kitchen has been completely upgraded. The sun sets beautifully in the living room in the evening, perfect for a truly relaxing glass of wine. Welcome to Nice.

For a quick and relaxing shopping trip and within a 3 minute walk, take a stroll along the Bd. Dubouchage to the Nice -Etoile, or Monoprix, if you fancy doing a little cooking. The Ave Jean Medecin is one of many great shopping streets. i.e. Galeries Lafayette. The famous Basilique Notre - Dame is not far away. If you fancy a nice leisurely walk then try the Promenade des Anglais, and visit the famous Hotel Negresco. Or head towards the port and see the beautiful Opera House and the Acropolis. The Old Town is full of lovely small streets with plenty of small shops and galleries for another day. Just enjoy it.

Really enjoyed Spring Break in Nice.The apartment was everythingas described and more.Location excellent - 5 mins from bus station -train about 10 mins -giving easy access for daily trips up and down the coast.Have already reccomended to several people and would hope to use the apt myself in the future.

Great apartment

This apartment was modern, well maintained and clean. It was well located with only a couple of minutes to shopping for groceries and 10 minutes to beach and bus station. Don't bother hiring a car as the trains and buses are excellent along the coast.

The flat had everything you would need including a shopping trolley which we used everywhere and beach mats for the rocky beach.

The agent that let us in was very friendly and gave lots of information on where to go. She was on time to collect the keys.

This is a great place to stay and would certainly stay there again.

Really super flat; found it clean, fitted with everything you could need and the en suite is a great facility.
Very central in what feels like a safe place in Nice; but still quiet enough to sleep at night.
Short stroll to the beach through the town and markets which is really nice. Would highly recommend it!

Beautiful flat, perfect location.

The location of the flat is great, it is 10 minutes away from the beach, 10 min away from the train station, 5 min from the main amenities. It is in a quiet location with lift.

The flat is in perfect condition, modernised to a high standard, perfectly clean and with everything you could possibly need-- hair-dryer, hoover, ironing board, digital entertainment system, kitchen necessities. It receives an abundance of natural light.

I really recommend this place for a wonderful holiday in Nice.
