The apartment is in the town of St Jean Cap Ferrat - the jewel of the Riviera. It is close to beaches, shopping, bars and restaurants (aprox 250 meters away) and some of the most beautiful scenery in the world. The apartment is quite spacious and new, with all the modern conveniences in a small luxurious building. There are 2 terraces with one offering a very nice sea view toward Monaco and Italy. This is a beautiful apartment in a gorgeous location.

Saint-Jean Cap Ferrat is an exceptional site and one of the loveliest places on the Mediterranean coast. The peninsula is situated next to Nice and to Villefranche sur Mer and extends out to Cap Ferrat. Its tranquillity and warm climate make it a favourite holiday destination. In order to better appreciate the beauty of Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, you can visit on foot by taking the coastal path. It is signposted for 14 km and divided into 3 parts : the tour of Cap Ferrat, the pine-forest and the Maurice Rouvier walk which links Saint JeanCap Ferrat to Beaulieu. At the tip of Cap Ferrat, you will find the 'Grand Hôtel du Cap' which is set amidst a stunning garden. Saint Jean Cap Ferrat has a zoological park which houses 300 animals which live in semi-freedom amongst the Mediterranean and tropical vegetation. You will discover crocodiles, big-cats, exotic birds... amongst others. Visitors can also wander along the beautiful port, opposite the wharf with numerous restaurants and bars.

Good clean flat in a great location. Walking distance to just about everything. Nice bathrooms and good comfortable beds. Very nice complex - extreemly well maintained. Road noice can be a bit of an issue when the street side windows are open, though that is sort of par for the coarse in cap ferrat.

View is nice - both sea and courtyard in one....
Owner's Response: Thank you - was a pleasure to have you. Pelase note that we have a protable A/C unit, but will be putting a more permanent one in this year - we have found that eliminates the noise from the road.

CLEAN FLAT on Noisy Street

The good: clean, modern, and well decorated uplifting interior. Great kitchen, great bedding, good TV. Pleasant patio. Nice owners.
The bad: On the noisy (only) road out of St. Jean, and the sea is not nearly as close as the photo implies.
Other than those 2 items, a lovely modern clean flat!
