This luxury flat, fully modernised in June 2005, is on the garden-level of a 3-storey private villa on a coastal hillside of Massif Esterel and in walking distance of sandy beaches, shops and restaurents. The villa, under 14 minutes door to door(by train/car) from Cannes festival site, is still nestled in the privacy and seclusion of the French countryside. A large lounge with its separate dining area serves for up to 10 people off a solid stone table. A granite fireplace augments a reversible AC system for all weather comfort. The kitchen is well equipped and has a separate dining table for 8. There are two double and one single bedroom. The master bedroom has its own sitting space and the second bedroom has a large double bed. The bathrooms are fitted with shower or bath, basin and WC. The sun-drenched garden with its separate breakfast decking and BBQ area is ideal for families. You have your own private entrance from your off-road parking space. Own web site for more information.

Theoule-sur-Mer is a sought after area across the Bay of Cannes and clearly in view from the old port of Cannes. Formerly a fishing village, it has remained a small hamlet of detached villas, family beaches and private marinas carved into the red-sand stoneof the Esterel mountains outlining the horizon for Cannes residents and visitors. It shares none of the features of dense residential resorts of the region. The Esterel nature reserve with its network of hiking and cycling paths is a few minutes from the apartment. There are two long-established golf courses five minutes away in La Napoule and Mandelieu where the hyper markets are situated. There are rowing clubs, riding, scuba diving and sailing schools in Theoule and its environs. For shopping you have the famous Rue d'Antibes in Cannes only 16 minutes away and Ventimillia open market just over the border in Italy in 50 minutes and Monte Carlo just 30 minutes away.

The apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious and modern. It also had amazing views, which the two larger bedrooms both look over and we only wished that we had more time to enjoy sitting on the beautiful terrace and soaking up the atmosphere.
