This self catering apartment is the middle floor of a detached villa set in its own garden with a stunning views over the Bay of Cannes. Both the sitting/dining room and master bedroom of this luxury apartment have wide windows overlooking the Bay. A large terrace provides the most romantic setting and views of the sun rise and sun sets over the Bay. The apartment is newly refurbished and furnished. It has its own private entrance and there is off the road parking available in the private car park by the entrance to the villa. Romantic hill-side walks and sandy beaches are within walking distance. The small village of Theoule with its small shops and restaurants is only a short walk away.

The apartment is the ground floor of a detached villa situated on the hillside outside the village of Theoule-sur-Mer with a stunning view of the Bay of Cannes. The beach is only a short walk away and shops and restaurants are available within walking distance. The area supports a variety of activities from swimming, sun bathing and walking to para gliding, rowing, mountain biking, scuba diving and more. There are two golf courses within three kilometres of the apartment which are open all year round.

As we are so close to the Bay of Cannes, inevitably, we are close to the coastal railway which passes at the bottom of the hill. None of our guests have however found this a nuisance.

** Your Apartment is truly a little bit of paradise by the Sea (M Fletcher, England, Feb 2005). ** We arrived by train...very tired and weary. What a wonderful greeting, the view is breathtaking and the apartment exceptional. We hope to see you all again (A & P Colley, West Midlands, UK, May 2006). ** We are back again and we're loving it again. We all agree its our favourite view and it should win a prize or something (M & B Dahl-Hansen, Norway, June 2006). ** Another perfect two weeks in Theoule....The highlight has been the view from your balcony.
