Ideal self catering apartment overlooking the bay of Villefranche/Cap-Ferrat. Part of a complex with all amenities, including swimming pool, gardens, tennis courts, mini-market, restaurant, parking and access to Villefranche beach. The apartment is within easy walking distance to the village and the train station. Villefranche is located between Nice and Monaco (Monte-Carlo). The Port, the Old Town and the Citadel all date back to 130BC, with some streets unchanged for 500 years. The towns of Beaulieu and St-Jean Cap-Ferrat are both only a 3 minutes drive away (10-20 minutes walk), while Nice and Monaco are each a 15 minutes drive. Nice International Airport is only 15 kilometers away. Known as the 'Golden Triangle', this is considered to be the best part of the French Riviera, and is truly one of the world's great locations.

The apartment is part of the 'Ange Gardien' complex on the edge of Villefranche beach. The residence boasts a swimming pool (closed for winter), a mini-market, tennis courts (fee), a large garden area as well as gated parking. The medieval town of Villefranche-sur-Mer is situated right beside Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Beaulieu-sur-Mer, and is a short drive to both Nice and Monaco (15 minutes). It is one of the most beautiful and exclusive towns on the Mediterranean coast.

Notes: There is direct access to the beach (300m) with no public roads to cross. TV has English channels BBC1, BBC2 and Sky News, as well as all usual French channels. There is a DVD player built in to the TV. The Kitchenette is fully equipped with all the usual appliances, as well as a coffee filter machine and a kettle. Sleeping arrangements consist of one separate double bedroom, one sleeping gallery behind the kitchenette consisting of two bunk beds and in the main living area there are two sofa beds (one double, one single). The complex itself provides a coin-operated laundrette, where you can wash and dry your clothes. The apartment has an iron and ironing board.

Beds: Sleeping arrangements consist of one separate double bedroom, while the other beds are located in or off the main living area. These consist of a sleeping gallery with two bunk beds located behind the kitchenette and two sofa beds and a pull-out bed in the main living area. Linen and towels are not provided as standard but can be arranged for an extra charge. Cleaning before and after your stay is included in the rental price, as is electricity (subject to fair use).

Facilities in the complex: There is a charge for the use of the tennis courts and for some sun-loungers. These fees can be obtained at reception. Other facilities include a self service laundrette (coin-operated), a mini market (closed during winter months) and swimming pool (closed during winter months). Linen and towels can also be arranged at reception.
