Notes: There is direct access to the beach (300m) with no public roads to cross. TV has access to channels in a number of languages, including English. The Kitchenette is fully equipped with all the usual appliances, as well as a coffee filter machine and a kettle. Sleeping arrangements consist of one seperate double bedroom, one sleeping gallery behind the kitchenette consisting of two bunk beds. There are also two sofa beds in the lounge area. The complex itself provides a coin-operated laundrette, where you can wash and dry your clothes.

These consist of a sleeping gallery with two bunk beds located behind the kitchenette and two sofa beds and a pull-out bed in the main living area. Fresh Linen Provided.

General: Other facilities include a self service laundrette (coin-operated), restaurant, public telephone and elevator. There is also a mini market (closed during winter months) and swimming pool (closed during winter months). Enquiries can be made at reception. Note: There is a charge for use of the Tennis Courts and the Sun-loungers by the Pool (small fee).

Easy dealings with owner during booking / payment process. Good location - nice enough apartment and resort. Lovely pool. Arrived by car, late at night and clear directions would have helped.
Apartment clean and adequate for 4 people. Minor irritations - eg kettle not working - no air conditioning - but generally good value accomodation in a lovely part of France.
Some details/ information of local places of interest, travel advice. local ammenities,restaurant recommendations etc would be a valuable addition to information provided at the apartment.

Good standard for the price although would not recommend for more than 4 people max. Property was clean and had all amenities required. If you are taking very young children beware as there a large number of steps down to the promenade and beach at Villefranche. However there is perfectly good beech at Beaulieu which does not involve steps and is within easy access. The property could have done with some details about the local area.

Location of the apartment was good, parking available. The property was clean and well maintained although it needs replacement in cutlery and other kitchen gadgets.
Property has a good convenience store on site, access to beach a little tricky.
Owner was great, easy to deal with, no problems in processing payments, and the price was fair. I would not recommend it for more than 4 guests, though.
Overall, a better experience than expected.
