This luxury apartment, Cactus Roc is situated in the most beautiful part of the Cote d'Azur. The view from the picture window of the bay of Villefranche and Cap Ferrat is probably the best in Europe. The apartment complex is small, secluded and calm. There is a private swimming pool and the beach is about a 15minute walk. The lounge area is large and spacious with a picture window/door running the whole length of the room and affording a breath taking view. The windows can be opened onto the terrace which also runs the whole length of the room. The garden terrace has sun in the morning and shade in the afternoons and is an ideal place to chill out. The kitchen is fully equipped with every utensil for cooking a four course meal or a quick snack. Summer or winter this is a very comfortable apartment. The booking arrangements are: Saturday to Saturday. Our representative Tracy will meet you at the apartment and show you arround.

Villefranche is one of the nicest towns on the Cote d'Azur with narrow shaded streets and restaurants to suit every taste. The town is also ideally situated on the Cote d'Azur for access to Cannes, Antibes, Monte-Carlo and being practically on the Italian border, Northern Italy and the Italian Riviera. During the season skiing is one hour away. By car Villefranche is only 15 minutes from Nice airport.The train and bus services are very good. The whole Cote d'Azur is accessible by train or bus. Nice is 10 min by car Monaco 20 min by car. Italy is a short train journey or 30 min by car. The apartment is also conveniently located for access to the Institut de Francais. And has sun all day: The property has two terraces the main front terrace is large 20.7sq m and has a magnificent view of the bay of Villefranche and Cap Ferrat. The garden terrace is 23sq m and is sunny in the mornings and cool and shady in the afternoons. This terrace is perfect for a romantic dinner or just somewhere to escape to. The front terrace has the sun from 9am 7pm depending on the time of the year. Golf is available locally and during the season skiing is about an hour away by car. The medieval town of Villefranche is a delight with narrow cobbled streets and many restaurants to suit every taste. We provide a meet and greet service, our representative Eleanor will meet you and show you round the apartment.

One of the many features of the apartment is the book library. The library consist of some 500 books, hard and paper back with subjects ranging from the latest fiction, adventure and romantic novels, biographies, history and travel. It would be impossible not to find an interesting read and the collection is continually being upgraded.

This is a splendid apartment in which to take a break on the Cote d'Azur.
Villefranche is a lovely exclusive resort and village, between Nice an Monaco. The property is well placed to visit the full extent of the coast, as well as the exciting hinterland away from the sea.
That is, if you can drag yourself away from the lovely views from the Apartment.
Well reccomended.

As a habitue of the Riviera I have experienced most locations but this elegant, well-apointed luxury apartment has a truly unrivalled view and ambiane,so much so one is tempted never to leave it! Villefrance is pretty and has everything one needs and we have stayed there with and without a car and, considering the excellence of French buses found the latter preferable. Excellent.

The view from Cactus Roc is amazing - (best we've ever had on holiday .) Villefranche Bay, village and Cap Ferrat were just below - and we spent a lot of time just viewing the ever changing scenery below us - from cruise ships to fireworks at night. Most nights were spent on the front balcony, relaxing and enjoying the twinkling lights all around us.
The apartment was first class and was spotless with everything we needed- from Travel Guides to cooking utensils. It was great to have the air conditioning although we didn't need it a lot . Tracy who met us at the apartment was so pleasant and helpful - even gave us a lift to Beaulieu (Marche U) to do our first grocery shopping as local supermarkets have a more restricted choice. Few people were using the pool ( spotless and suitable for adults and kids)- it was much like having a private pool. Cactus Roc was perfectly located for visiting other places -2 euros took us to Monaco or Nice on the bus. We also went to the market at Ventimiglia in Italy on the train for a few euros. A car would have been useful to visit the smaller villages round about. We did go to Eze but were a bit disappointed by it. The Rothschild gardens nearby were amazing - I could have stayed there all day! They are certainly worth a visit.
Cactus Roc is a great place to chill out and Villefranche is a lovely village - still not too commercialised.
We relied on public transport but a car would be good as we found climbing the hill certainly kept us fit but the view from Cactus Roc made it all worthwhile!
