Detached villa overlooking the bay of Villefranche. Stunning views with a sunny disposition on a quiet road. The villa has been recently restored with no expense spared and is fitted out to the highest standard. Situated very close to the village and station. It is walking distance to the beach and seafront restaurants down by the port. Very central and a car is not necessary..... it is in a very convenient location. Four beds upstairs , the main one with en suite. Downstairs has large living room with panoramic bay views, games / dining room , Double bedroom and bathroom. Garage with electric entrance off street below. Heated pool at garden level . Villefranche sur Mer is an ancient village. Situated near Nice and Cap Ferrat right in the heart of the most beautiful and rich part of the Cote d'Azur. The Port, the Old Town and the citadel all date back to 130 BC. Rue Obscure , in the Old Town, is a street unchanged for the last 600 years. This house is ideal for children.

Villefranche-sur-Mer is 4 km from Nice, on the sea. The railway passes through the village so it is very easy to get to Monte Carlo or anywhere on the coast. The villa is a 5 minute walk to the centre and a 9 minute walk to the port which is near the beach. This is a wonderful location .

Notes: This villa has been renovated to the highest standard . The view is the most interesting part as it looks out on the bay of Villefranche and the swimming pool gets sun until 4 pm.. It is quiet as windows are double glazed and there is little traffic outsidee. The beach and station are a 10 minute walk away so ideal for children.. A car is not necessary but there is free parking outside on the road or in the garage. High speed internet connection ( Radio + wall) recently installed

Historic village: Villefranche is one of the most interesting areas in the South of France as it has an Old Town with the oldest street in France. Rue Obscure , in the Old Town, is unchanged since the 13th century. Monaco is a 20 minute drive or 10 minutes by train. the nearest village is Beaulieu sur Mer. Cap Ferrat is on the opposite side of the bay and is a 5 minute drive.

Good location: The location of the villa is the best possible as everything is within walking distance... Villefranche centre 200 metres, Villefranche port 500 metres, supermarket 300 metres, railway stn. + beach 13 min walk, bus 100 metres,

Luxurious interiors: The villa is restored using all the best materials including pink Portugese marble in the bathrooms and marble floors. The kitchen is genuine Provenstale style and the furniture is very tastefully chosen . Everything you could possibly require is there.

The villa was really wonderful and exceeded the description. All rooms seemed to have a wonderful view and the standard of cleanliness was faultless. The babysitter was very useful and the pool ideal for our 2 year old. We stayed 2 weeks but would have extended if it was possible. I would recommend this villa very highly.

Arrived very late after a long trip and was delighted with the villa. Everything was very clean and well laid out. Even the crib was assembled beside the main bed for the baby. The location is unbeatable and the views wonderful. The beach is nearby and although we had a car we preferred to use the train. The only gripe was the pool temperature was too high but this rectified on the second day.... great service ! I will be back and would recommend this beautiful villa.
