An ideal location for exploring the eastern end of the Cote D"Azur.
Quiet location , despite being very close to a small shopping centre ideal for basic needs , and the Moyenne Corniche.
Further from the beach than some might like -the walk to the beach is easy enough but the steep hillwalk back would be difficult for some .A car is essential.
The villa has good security and is very clean ,comfortable and well presented with good quality fittings and furniture. A key feature of the villa is a large terrace ideal for dining and relaxing. The view from the terrace is superb.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this property to friends.

This apartment truly did have stunning views, and the website photos aren't able to do it justice. We found the apartment spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, and bathrooms modern. We were glad to have a car, however, as the nearby buslines were not running later into the night (ex. last bus out of Nice Gare Routiere was at 8pm.) Shops, restraunts, etc. are a quick walk, but the property is located on a hill, so guests will need to be fit enough do some walking up and down. We liked this aspect of the location- the height provides great views. The owner was out of town during our stay, but left all necessary information. My family would happily stay here again.
