The estate is in a quiet yet central location. A golf club is only 20 min by car, and mountains and Italy 1 hour away. The old town of Antibes a 15 minute walk or 5 min drive. In this historical town you have access to a wide array of amenities, restaurants and is one of Europe's largest Yachting communities. Here is the Picasso museum and picturesque old town with its traditional and colourful Provincial market, shops and beaches. Cap D'Antibes is surrounded by typical Provencal villages: Cannes with its annual international film festival (May), Grasse with its perfumes, Biot, Saint Paul de Vence and many others.

Briljant little villa near the beach

We had a brilliant holiday at this nice little villa in Cap d’Antibes. The villa offered plenty of room to accommodate 4 adults and 2 little children. The owners are very kind, and even put up a fence around the pool because we were arriving with our children. Most important is that it has 2 terraces, were we spent most time, enjoying the beautiful view of the large villas and garden surrounding us.
The nice little beach was a bit busy in the weekend, but then we could also enjoy the pool en the nice garden.
We really recommend this villa, whether you are with a children or without. Splendid!
