Exclusive, luxury, light filled apartment located in a private block, 50 metres from the sea and sandy beach. Fully fitted kitchen with oven, separate hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Dining table with seating for four people. Bedroom area with hotel quality king size bed. One bathroom with power shower. Double built in wardrobe with drawer storage. Sofa bed in the sitting area which sleeps 2. Also TV, DVD and Hi-Fi with CD player. Lovely South west facing sunny balcony which has great afternoon sun - perfect for sun downers and outdoor dining. The apartment is on the 5th floor and has a private entry phone system. The apartment is the similar square footage to many one beds, you have the benefit of a decent size open plan studio. Underground parking. September availability 3 days from 8th Sept ,also 19th Sept for 3 days

Over 200 years ago the ancient Greeks colonised the site of Antibes as the jewel of the Cote d'azur. Ever since Antibes gorgeous sandy beaches have given it the reputation as the most enjoyable place to be along the whole of the Mediterranean French Riviera.This Picturesque resort boasts narrow cobbled streets with flower filled squares that appealed to artists as Picasso, Max Ernst and Nicolas De Stael. Antibes old town is a 3 minute walk from the apartment where you also have a huge choice of fabulous french cuisine from inexpensive brasserie to Michelin star, from a sea view or old town view. The town also enjoys an annual Jazz festival where everyone gets involved. Antibes is 20km from Nice International Airport which is serviced by direct flights to and from America, North Africa and most European cities (about 90). Notes to the rental rates

  • Price includes one change of bed linen for Master Bed and sofa Bed. Bathroom towels and electricity. Beach Towels are not provided . The apartment is fitted with electric security blinds which are great black out blinds on the two patio doors which lead onto the balcony.
    Rental is usually from Friday to Friday ,there is flexibility please ask. A deposit of GBP 150.00 is required at the time of booking. The balance must be received 6 weeks in advance of your arrival. Cheques may be paid in pounds or Euro equivalent.
    Flexible for shorter and longer stays, subject to availability, by request please.
    Free meet and greet service at the apartment on your arrival during office hours to show the apartment and advice on the area.
    The apartment is on the 5th floor and is reached by lift.
  • Not included is refundable GBP 250 security deposit to cover damages.
  • Extras Pantry service: stock the fridge for an extra charge payable in advance.

About The Area

Antibes old town is a charming, historic, walled town with a huge choice of Bistros, patisseries and restaurants, all a short walk away. The apartment is not far from the world famous celebrity haunts of Hotel Du cap and Eden Roc. A short drive to Cannes (12km) where there are numerous festivals during the year. Antibes offers a great base for exploring the old villages of St- Paul de Vence, Mougins, Grasse. All steeped in history. Even the Monaco Grand Prix is only 45 minutes away by train!! the town is also home to Port Vauban which is the largest pleasure boat port in Europe if you enjoy hiring boats or wandering round the harbour you wont be disappointed at whats on offer. On the other side of the Cap D'Antibes you'll find Juan Le Pins where there are some excellent beaches and great night life. Also great for some retail therapy in the chic boutiques. The Cap D' Antibes houses the grandiose villas set in huge gardens and pines is a favourite for the rich and famous.

Weather

Antibes has an abundance of sunshine and the norm is up to 12 hours a day. The advantage of this area in the Cote'd'Azur is the sea breeze which helps if you are laying on the beach all day in the high summer temperatures. Temperatures this May were gorgeous, averaging mid 25c. The Monaco Grand Prix weekend at the end of May temperatures hit 29C. Looks like we are in for a good summer.

A very comfortable apartment in a great location. Had such a fab time, booking for next year. Excellent value and cheaper than staying in a Hotel in a similar location.
