This modern apartment completed in the autumn of 2006 , is located on the first floor of La Pleiade. It is tastefully furnished throughout and benefits from double glazing. The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine, oven with hob, microwave and a fridge freezer. There is a sofa in the lounge which converts into a double bed, together with a TV which receives English channels and a DVD player. In the bedroom there are two single beds, fitted wardrobes and bedside drawers. The small private balcony has a table and chairs and exterior lighting. La Pleiade is perfectly situated for a short stroll into the Old Town of Antibes, the sandy beaches, bars, restaurants and the magnificent marina of Port Vauban. Juan Les Pins renowned for its beaches, restaurants and lively nightlife is a comfortable 10 to 15 minutes walk from the apartment. Trent Jones Snr & Jnr, Dave Thomas and Peter Allis, C. Robinson and Jean Pascal Foures, some of the courses in this area are the best in France, if not Europe. Courses which are set in beautiful surroundings with mountain backdrops and overlooking the Mediterranean can offer some reward when your swing is having a bad day. The pleasant all year round climate is particularly appealing for golfers who are able to enjoy their game out of the main season of July and August when the courses are less busy. Golfing holidays can be organised to include bookings and transportation to meet with your requirements.
