Charming sunny designer first floor apartment, situated in a 19th Century corner building in the centre of Cannes, seconds from the Rue d'Antibes. 2 minutes from the Croisette and beaches. Lovely quarter of Cannes with many antiques shops, art galleriesand great restaurants. Sleeping 4 comfortably, in one twin/double bedroom and with a full sized double sofa bed in lounge. A south facing balcony, high ceilings and large french windows make the apartment very sunny and bright. It has air conditioning, new modern bathroom(bath and shower), a fully equipped modern kitchen(dishwasher and washing/drying machine) and heating for winter rentals. Comfortably and tastefully furnished throughout, and totally renovated during late 2003 and fully equipped with UK satellite TV, DVD/CD and free WIFI connection, the apartment is the perfect location for festivals, congresses and holidays all year round.
