Well equipped and spacious apartment (DVD, CD, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, elevator, secure parking) fifteen minutes walk along promenade to central Cannes and 250m from the beach. Open plan living area with modern “American-styled” kitchen which leads directly onto a pretty private terrace. Two spacious bedrooms (two double/four single) and a modern bathroom with separate toilet. Private gardens with boules pit, the 25m swimming pool has panoramic views of the Esterel Mountains. Apartment is child friendly and a travel cot is available. Linen and bath towels provided, the apartment will be cleaned during each week and laundry changed at the end of each week. Babysitting can be arranged. A cafe, patisserie / general store, pharmacy, laundry are two minutes walk. The bus stop for central Cannes, railway and bus station is immediately at the end of the drive.

20 minutes from Nice International Airport, Cannes is the Cote D'Azur at its finest. The apartment is in a quiet, private, gated 19th century villa minutes from the beach. A short walk along the promenade is Le Suquet ( the old quarter) with its narrow historic streets and castle, which provide an amazing view over the bay, as well as great 'local' restaurants, the marina and the world famous Croisette. A short drive west brings you to smaller coastal resorts nestling beneath the imposing Esterell mountains. Slightly further afield but easily reachable by car or public transport, the famous resorts of St Tropez, Antibes, Villefranche, Nice and Monaco. Heading inland to the Alpes Maritimes with its magnificent 'perched villages' and magnificent natural parks including Parc Mercantour and the unique Verdon Gorge - you feel a world away from 'the Riveria'.
