This large three bedroom apartment has a Office de Tourime 4 star rating. It is located within the select development of the Cannes Marina. The lounge and the master bedroom open onto the main veranda, which is southerly facing with views of over the pool, the gardens and the marina. This is provided with tables and chairs for dining. The other bedrooms open onto a veranda at the opposite side of the apartment looking over the hills and mountains. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the numerous restaurants, play park, shops, a supermarket, golf course, tennis courts and bus routes. The beach is 2 km away and local railway station about 3 km away. The location is ideally situated to explore the Riviera coast from Italy to St. Tropez, including Nice, Frejus and Monaco. Further inland the enchanting hilltop villages and towns of the Alps Maritime, including Mougins, Grasse, St Paul de Vence and Eze can be visited.

Cannes Marina is located within Mandelieu La Napoule, 6 km from the centre of Cannes, around the bay of La Napoule. Cannes is the focal point for festivals throughout the world, the most famous being the Film Festival. It is also famous for its designer shops and sea front. Although a car is recommended it is not essential as public transport is frequent and inexpensive. The direct bus from Nice Airport takes about 30 minutes and stops in Mandelieu leaving a 12 minute walk to the apartment. There is also a bus stop directly across the road from the apartment, but a change of buses is required at Cannes.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates for two weeks attract a 10% discount. Rates for three weeks attract a 14% discount. Rates for four weeks attract a 18% discount. Rates for longer periods are available on request.

    During the months of May to September inclusive, the changeover day is Saturday. Arrivals after Saturday and departures prior to Saturday are permitted but that week will be charged at the weekly rental rate.

    Reservations made eight weeks or more before the rental period require a deposit of 25% of the rental fee, subject to a minimum deposit of 300 Euro. The balance is due eight weeks prior to the entry date. For reservation made less than eight weeks prior to the entry date the full fee is due at the time of booking.

    Reservation fees and final balance payments are none refundable.
  • Rentals booked 10 days or less before entry attract a 30% discount, subject to avaialability.
