Notes to the rental rates

  • To help you make the most of the cheap flights now available, we do not insist upon weekend to weekend bookings or on fixed seven days bookings, if you want 10 days starting on a Tuesday that's fine with us! Checking in is between 3pm and 6pm, checking out is at 10am.
    A 10% discount is offered on the cost of second or more complete weeks booked.
  • Prices include normal use of gas, electricity and water, all linen and towels including pool, 6 hours 'end of stay' cleaning and the services of a local agent to meet you at the domain.
    If you are staying for more than a week, a 'mid stay' linen change and cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen is included in the price, however, if you would like this to be a complete clean of the whole apartment, this can be arranged at an additional cost of 45 euros paid directly to the cleaner.
  • DEPOSIT: 25% deposit is required before a booking can be confirmed, which is NON REFUNDABLE. You are advised to take out a travel insurance policy with a cancellation clause, which may enable you to recover this non refundable deposit.
    BALANCE: is payable 8 weeks before your arrival date.
    SECURITY DEPOSIT: of £350 is to be paid with the final payment, or you can pay 500 euros in cash on arrival, which will be returned within 30 days of departure by bank transfer.
    CANCELLATION CHARGES: 8 weeks before arrival date 25% of rental; 4 weeks before arrival date 50% of rental; 2 weeks before arrival date 100% of rental.

Golf Information:

The apartment is within an hour drive of 17 Golf courses and there are two courses within Mandelieu itself. The 'Old Course' founded in 1891, is one of the oldest courses in France, it offers both a 9 hole and 18 hole course. The picturesque 18 hole course (5676m par 71) has superb links, wide fairways, undulating greens and a river crossing to gain access to the 3rd hole. All laid out in the shade of 100 year old pines. The 'Riviera Golf' course opened in 1991 and is located in an area of unspoilt natural beauty surrounded by the mimosa forests of the Esterel Massif. This 18 hole course (5066m par 71) is a very technical, undulating wooded course with water hazards. The Golf Pass allows you to play the two18 hole courses which make Mandelieu the premier golf destination on the French Riviera. The Golf Pass can be exchanged for 2 green fees on the 'Old Course' and/or the 'Riviera Golf' course. The Golf Pass can be obtained on your behalf and will be at the apartment ready for your arrival.
