Stunning modern south facing apartment in a magnificent setting on a beautiful, private hillside with 24 hour security entrance. This superb apart has 2 bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and access to a second terrace, a separate shower room and separate WC. The spacious main living area is open-plan with a new well-equipped kitchen and access to two terraces. There is an easterly view of trees and a fantastic view of mountains to the south, not overlooked it provides a quiet, restful atmosphere. There is free access to a swimming pool. In addition, for a small daily fee (5.50/3.50 euros Oct-May or 8/5.50 euros June-Sept) membership to the exclusive residents' club is available. The club is a 2 minute walk away and provides 2 pools (1 for children), tennis courts, large sunbathing terrace, gymnasium, pool table and table tennis. On the French Riviera near to Cannes one can relax and enjoy the superb food, wine and warm climate all year round. Close to Mandelieu are many sandy beaches and plenty of picturesque harbours to explore. The coastal drive from the apartment to St Raphael and St Tropez is one of the most beautiful in the world. Cannes, Nice, Antibes and Monaco offer glamour, museums, galleries and plenty of shops / boutiques for those special purchases. The ancient hill-top villages of St Paul de Vence and Mougins are a short drive. Take the boat from Cannes and explore local tranquil islands or go for lunch in St Tropez. Visit one of the many interesting markets in the area. With over 50 local restaurants one can enjoy everything from simple provencal cooking to the best gastronomic cuisine in France. Enjoy the lakes and mountains around Valbonne and Grasse (the perfume capital). The hills above the apartment lead onto the Massif du Tanneron forest mountain perfect for walking and enjoying the views.

Notes to the rental rates

If 2 weeks booked a mid-stay clean and change of bed-linen and towels is included in the rental. Deposit: A 25% non refundable deposit is required to reserve the apartment. The balance of the rental and a security deposit of £250 is required 8 weeks before the rental date to secure the rental. CHECK-OUT IS 8-10AM IF EARLIER THAN THIS THERE IS A 20 EURO SURCHARGE PAID LOCALLY. CHECK-IN AFTER 10PM ALSO INCURS A 20 EURO SURCHARGE.
Cancellation charges: Unfortunately no refunds are available if booking is cancelled less than 8 weeks before start date of rental. The security deposit will of course be refunded. You are therefore strongly advised to take out a travel insurance policy that provides protection against cancellation charges.
Rates include all utilities, linen, towels, end of stay cleaning and the services of a local agent to meet and greet at apartment. Guests can check-in from 3.00pm onwards. Check-out is by 10.00am on departure date.

The courses in this area are among some of the best to be found anywhere and are almost always uncrowded. The Riviera course (6065 yards)can be seen from the main terrace and is only 5 minutes drive. This course is linked to the Old Course, Cannes (6320 yards)and it is possible to purchase a special pass to play both courses at a reduced price. The Riviera course has superb mountain views and some interesting holes with water hazards. The Old course was built over 100 years ago and is set amongst huge parasol pines. It is a wonderful test of golf in a superb setting. Royal Mougins GC (6605 yards) is a 15 minute drive and is well worth a visit. Some players question the tightness but the latter holes are stunningly visual and win over any golfer. Another nearby course is Cannes Mougins (6828 yards) which has hosted a European Open event for the last 10 years. PLAY WELL!

Fantastic apartment, very secure and with stunning views. Has everything within the apartment that you would need for a self catering stay and has an huge amount of floor space. We had a fantastic week in the south of france and the apartment was great to come back to after a day out and about, site seeing or sunbathing. You would not be at all disapointed if you booked this apartment.
