Attractive Studio Apartment with views over Cannes Marina
Situated on Cannes Marina next to the Cannes Old Course Golf Club the apartment is a 25 minute drive from Nice Airport via the A8. It also has the added advantage of being only a 15 minute drive, along the seafront, to Cannes and all its attractions. The 'Masters' is a secure, gated complex with magnificent landscaped gardens and a choice of two swimming pools. The apartment is light and well appointed, the balcony benefits from the afternoon and evening sun. A pleasant 10 minute shady walk brings you to the seafront at the Port de La Napoule, the beaches and the Chateau. Numerous bars and restaurants are available here to suit all budgets and tastes.

Mandelieu/La Napoule is conveniently situated off the A8, the main arterial route for the Cote D'Azur. It is a perfect base from which to explore the beautiful surrounding area. Locally there are numerous 'perched' villages offering fabulous views back to the coast. The beaches in the Bay of Cannes are all sandy and there are numerous smaller bays to the west of Theoule under the backdrop of the Massif de l'Esterel. Alternatively you could just enjoy the peace and quiet of the apartment's location on the Marina. Venturing out only to sample the fayre offered by the numerous local restaurants. A Geant Casino Supermarket is conveniently situated less than a five minute walk away. Although only a 15 minutes drive from Cannes; Mandelieu/La Napole maintains a typical provincial atmosphere; but still offers a full range of shops, supermarkets and banks. So whether you seek art, history, fashion, nature, beaches, gastronomic delights, sport, shopping or just peace and quiet it's available.

Notes to the rental rates

Pricing is inclusive of cleaning, bed linen, towels, hot water and electricity. However please bring your own beach towels. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on booking. The balance is payable four weeks before arrival together with a breakage deposit of £200. The breakage deposit will be refundable within two weeks of the end of your stay.

The Masters
The apartment is housed in the exclusive gated Masters complex located alongside the Cannes 'Old Course' Golf Club and Cannes Marina. There is coded/infa-red entry to the complex and a phone entry system into the building. A residents swimming pool has changing and shower facilities. The apartment benefits from its position overlooking the Marina whilst a ten minute walk brings you to the sandy beaches of Cannes Bay. Mandelieu and La Napoule are within easy walking distance and offer a full range of shops, bars and restaurants. All sports enthusiasts are catered for locally; particularly those wanting water sports. The nearby nature reserve gives panoramic views of Mandelieu/La Napoule, the marina, Cannes Bay with the Iles de Lerin and as a backdrop the snow topped Alpes! The railway station in La Napoule offers regular trian services to Cannes and further afield along the picturesque coast line. Tourist Information will advise on all upcoming events; of which there are many.
Cannes Conferences
The Palais des Festivals is a 15 minute drive along the beach from the apartment into the underground car park. Alternatively the train can be taken from La Napole. The apartment offers the chance of a quiet haven after a busy day. What better than a Gin and Tonic on the balcony watching the sun go down before a short walk to one of the local restaurants for dinner? All tastes and budgets are catered for locally; from a simple salad or pizza to a gastronomic experience at one of several award winning restaurants.
Restaurants
There are numerous restaurants available locally to suit every taste. From simple Provencal, to Pizza, to spectacular Seafood. Within a short walk from the apartment you will find Le Brocherie II on the marina at La Napoule, La Bistro du Port, and the Michelin two star L'Oasis (please ask for further details). Rue St.Antoinne in Cannes offers a steady climb up towards the old town with a plethora of restaurants crowding onto the narrow street. It might be seen as a bit of a tourist trap but good fayre can be had and the atmosphere means that it has got to be tried at least once! Further afield Mougin, Grasse, St. Paul de Vence, Valbonne all have award winning restaurants. Take your pick!
Golf Information:
Being 500 meters from the first tee of Cannes Old Course (founded 1891) the apartment is perfect for a couple who like their golf. The course is lined with umbrella pines and you cross the Siagne River (by boat) twice during the your round. There is a practice facility where you can hone your skills prior to your round. There are a further 20 or so courses within an hours drive offering a challenge for all abilities.
