This flat has been completely restored and decorated in the traditional Provencal style by the decorator Robert Deniau. It has burgundy floor tiles throughout and elegant traditional Provencal furniture. Kitchen and bathroom are both stunning using marble and stone. Both living room and bedroom windows face South with views to the ocean. Perfect for a romantic break.

An absolute gem of a spot in Mougins

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back. We met Beatrice and the two old ladies(leaning out of their windows to chat), and of course Rosa and Philippe who looked after most of our needs. They were all delightful and helpful people. Mougins is really a special village, close to all the "fancy" places, Cannes, Nice, Villefranche, etc., yet exclusive enough to feel you are on your own. In all the places we have visited we have never seen so many well dressed and refined diners. We will recommend Limonerie to all our friends.

Real French experience

We stayed 4 days in the apartment, because friends got married in the church right into the village. They couldn’t have chosen a better location and we couldn’t have chosen a better apartment! The church was right onto our doorstep and we also loved walking around in the village and visiting the art galleries and restaurants. The apartment is very cute, romantic, clean and quiet. We particularly loved the view from the top floor where we had our sundowners. We would love to come back and we would highly recommend it!

"A little bit of heaven"

This apartment is so lovely- and waking up every morning to that view over Cannes is amazing. The kitchen looking out over the courtyard was so so "french" - the flowers - the local chatter. Make a point of getting up really early and walking through the village - its like time has stood still. Ah - oh to be back there now! David and Lynne

Fantastic apartment beautiful setting and views

The first apartment I have ever stayed in that I have fallen in love with. The decor is lovely and still comfortable and the location is great with restaurants a few yards away. It is in the heart of the village yet set in a quiet corner. The shop at the bottom of the stairs is a highlight run by Rosa and Philippe who allowed me to practise my French/Franglais CDno3 of 9 Daily Mail Series 1!! Can't wait to return again and again. It is the only time I have ever felt inspired to cook while on holiday as I did not want to go out!. Tricia & Michael Martin June 2007 and June 2008
