Spacious private villa in quiet residential area close to beach, all local amenities and unrestricted views overlooking the Riviera Golf Course. Beach 5 mins, Nice 30 mins. Upper floor has a large salon with double aspect French windows to upper terrace, TV, DVD, satellite, Hi-Fi. Fax, ISDN internet. Large fully equipped kitchen with access to BBQ rear terrace. 3 bedrooms, 2 double and 1 twin plus 2 bathrooms. Views across the golf course from most principal rooms. Lower floor has 3 bedrooms 1 double and 2 twin, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room. Two bedrooms have direct access to lower terrace. Garage for 2 cars and exterior parking for 2 more. Barbecue. Cook and maid service if required.

Main villa is available in entirety during July and August, but the upper floor apartment, Le Balcon du Golf, to sleep up to 6, can be let separately outside these months. No other tenants would be then occupying the lower floor. Secluded property in private grounds with pool and parking for 3-4 cars. On two levels with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 shower room. Upper floor has a large salon with double aspect French windows to upper terrace, TV, DVD, satellite, Hi-Fi. Fax, ISDN internet. Large fully equipped kitchen with access to BBQ rear terrace. 3 bedrooms, 2 double and 1 twin plus 2 bathrooms. Views across the golf course from most principal rooms.

A few minutes further and you have tennis, riding, a marina, beaches and many golf courses.
