It is 20 minutes from the airport and 5-10 min from the train station. The typical provencal village of Biot is in a walking distance with restaurants, bars, and patisseries. There is even a newsagent tucked away in the old streets, where should desired, you can buy you international newspapers. The marina of Antibes is only 15 minutes away The villa is situated in a private estate of 15 houses. It is closed buy an electric gate. The area is perfectly quiet. Added to the driveway and the garage of the house is a large parking area for visitors. It is a also a perfect place for children as there is no direct access to the road and they can play in the estate in total safety. It's a great place to learn cycling or roller skating. The estate is next to walking tracks that will take you in the 'garrigue' where you will enjoy wonderful views.

Golf: For golf lovers the location of the villa is unique. 15 minutes drive from the exclusive Mougins course, 10 from the greens at either Valbonne or Opio, and only 5 minutes from the local club of Biot. Please note the access to all these courses is via clear inland roads, which do not get congested by the considerable coastal summer traffic.
