Nice cosy villa with 3 bedrooms outside Nice
On the hills overlooking the Mediterranean to the South and the Alps on the North, this villa is situated in outside Carros Village, set in its large private garden, with olive, fig and palm trees. Sitting at the large balcony, or at one of the terraces, one enjoys the quiet of the garden, the view or the heated pool. The villa has three double bedrooms, one fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker etc), two bathrooms, one with a full bath, shower and toilet, one with a shower, a separate toilet, an outside barbecue and a summer kitchen at the swimming pool with outside shower. The concierge lives in a separate flat downstairs. The location is excellently situated, only 20 minutes from the airport of Nice and the beaches, close to the old town of Nice, but in the quiet hills. Enjoy a romantic holiday in this pleasant neighbourhood, close to fantastic hiking trails, golf and tennis parks. Or visit the wonderful winemakers in the neighboorhood and taste.

Surroundings
Carros Village is a beautiful old village, overlooking the Mercantour Mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. It is close to Nice, with its beautiful Promenade Des Anglais, beaches and charming old town. Numerous restaurants surround us, both in Nice, Vence, St Paul and Gattieres. Markets and great shopping at a short distance, as well as premier Golf courses. For hiking enthusiasts the location is excellent: hiking tour books can be found at the villa and the beautiful mountain side is there to be explored.
Interior
The villa is nicely furnished ad there is plenty of teak garden furniture. A barbecue sits on the terrace, overlooking the garden and the sea. Several seating areas are to be found in the garden and at the pool.
Easy to get to
Les Mimosas is only 20 minutes away from the Airport of Nice, and has a bus link to St Laurent the Var and Nice. A local train can take you into the mountains and towards Dignes. Isola 2000, the famous Ski resort, is less than 70 km's away.
