Peymeinade is situated just to the west of Grasse and is surrounded by hills and other beautiful villages such as Cabris, Spéracèdes and St. Cezaire. For golfers, Grasse Country Club, Cannes Mougins and St. Donat are only 15 minutes away. Situated at around 250 m above sea level, the area always has a wonderful micro-climate with sunny and mild winters and pleasantly warm summers. All the facilities you need lie within two or three kilometres - shops, banks, doctors, dentists, hairdressers, post-office and lots of restaurants. Despite the proximity to the famous costal resorts you do not suffer here from the summer tourist invasion. Life is genuinely French.

Happy Times in the Sunshine

5, Chemin des Mimosas is a villa I would highly recommend to anyone who appreciates convenience, spaciousness and a high quality finish. The villa stands in its own grounds, has an open aspect together with a swimming pool and neat gardens both meticulously cared for by Jean-Paul. The interior is light and spacious, with sparkling floors and comfortable furniture, well planned kitchen and bathrooms. Peymeinade is a short car ride away,has all the day to day amenities together with a new chocolate shop to die for. Should you feel more energetic there are marked trails for walking through the pine forests to the hilltop villages; yet Cannes and the wonderful coastline beckons, not far away. We have visited many times, know the area well and like it so much we bought a house nearby!

A dream hollyday.

After a cold and rainy spring and beginning of the summer, we could not have had a better hollyday. After two weeks of sunshine in a dreamhouse with a beautiful garden and wonderful people around it was really difficult to go back home ! This was a hollyday that we shall remember for a very long time. Our two children just cant stop talking about all the things they have experienced during our two weeks in France . The house and garden really fullfilld all our expectations of a luxury villa . It`s no exaggeration to say that we have had a superb holliday and that we are allready locking forward to next summer.

Splendor in the orchard

Dear Irina,

The other day my friends and I shared the pictures we made during our trip to France and I just felt that I had to let you know how greatly we enjoyed our stay at the Mimosa. It felt like being in the crossroads of the best of all worlds. The gorgeous house with room for all of us to be together and to be by ourselves, the paradise-like fruit orchard in bloom where I would have liked to spend much more time than I did just listening to the chirping of the birds, the fragrant mimosa tree reminiscent of the ones which we had left behind in Estoril. We thought that we had it all on our beautiful Atlantic coast, but what we experienced in Grasse and the surroundings almost beats it. The long walks through the forest (next time we will bring bikes with us too), the delicious food at the Chante Grill, my, was all we had there scrumptious, the whole neighbourhood and then the trips to Cannes and Nice. We returned enamoured of this super place and told many of our friends about it. We will be back for sure.
