South facing Villa with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, comfortably sleeps 10 people

Beautiful villa above the village of Magagnosc with stunning views over the Mediterranean to the south and the Esterel mountains to the West. The accommodation is extremely well equipped and very comfortable. The large kitchen opens out onto a covered area with a table to seat 12 people. There are several terraces and ample teak furniture for comfortable out door living and dining. The 10mx5.5m swimming pool is on a lower level than the villa, and is protected by railings and gates. The pool is surrounded by a large area for relaxing, which includes lawns and a tiled area. There is a pool house, shower, and ample sun beds, sun shades, tables and chairs. 8mx3m Boules court, and a table tennis table. The villa is set in 3800 sq metres of garden which consist of formal gardens, lawns and terrace's with olive trees. There is a garage for two cars and parking for up to 5 other vehicles. Access to the villa is by remote controlled gates. There is an alarm system to protect the villa.

The area is rich in interesting villages, sporting facilities( including 7 golfs courses), attractions and is within 30 mins of the sea. One of the beauties of the area is that, being away from the busy coastal strip, the roads are relatively free from traffic, and access to the many amenities, or to the Alps, is easy. The village and the surrounding area have local shops and some very good restaurants within a short drive (Grasse, Valbonne, Mougins...).

  • The four bedrooms on the ground level share a bathroom, with a bath/shower with a curtain, hand basin with large mirror and surface and cupboards. A shower room, with hand basin, mirror, top and storage space/cupboards. Two separate toilets, one with a hand basin. There is equipment for bathing/changing babies, and toilet adapters and potties. All the bath and pool towels are stored in a large cupboard adjacent to the downstairs bathrooms. There are two hair dryers available.

  • The Master bedroom which is on the upper floor has a terrace and an electrically operated sunshade (blind). There is an ensuite bathroom, with shower cubicle, a jacuzzi, and a toilet . The large double bed is electrically adjusted for different back, neck and leg positions. Each side can be independently adjusted. The 4 other bed rooms, which all have access to a terrace and the garden, command splendid views over the countryside and sea. They share the facilities of a separate shower room, separate bathroom and separate toilet. There is also another separate toilet on the same level as the bedrooms. 2 cots are available on request.

The perfect get away

This was our best holiday ever!Getting to the house was made so easy by the excellent directions which the owner supplied.On arrival we were greeted warmly as we stood in disbelief at the amazing porperty infront of us,we could not believe this would be our home for the next week!We were given a tour of the house and surrounding gardens.It was spectacular.Most days we found it hard to tear ourselves away from the pool which had amazing views.In the evening it was bliss to sit out on the terrace with the bbq going watching the lights of the little villages scattered down the valley twinkle in the moonlight.Inside the house was equally beauitful and so well equipped.It was so homely you just could settle right in.The house is central to many tourist spots such as Grasse and Cannes.We found everyone in the local village extremely friendly.The weekly market in the village was lovely with such fresh produce.I would have no hesitation in recommending this property I even plan on going back there next summer.The owners are great to deal with and very helpful.Thanks for everything Andy you gave us our dream holiday!
