At the edge of CAP D'ANTIBES, beaches and shops at only 5 minutes by foot, the modern Provencal style house (220m2) has a comfortable living room (50m2) with open fire surrounded by a well kept garden with lawns and fruit trees (lemon, orange...). French windows open out to shaded and sunny terraces. Barbecue with summer dining and lounge areas where meals can be taken beside the pool. The spacious house is very well decorated and furnished with air conditioning, quality bedrooms and bathrooms.
