A beautiful and comfortable family villa with a wonderful garden & swimming pool - only 5 min. drive away from the old village of Mougins. All rooms are furnished to the highest of standards. the living room being a particular highlight with its light and warm colours. There's a splendid view towards the historic village of Mougins and further onto the sea. The terrace dining-area is equipped with a barbecue, plenty of chairs, parasols and lounges around the pool. Nearest village: Mougins 5 min. Nearest town and beach: Cannes 20 min. Nice-Airport 25 min. Nearest shops 5 min. drive. 4 very good restaurants within walking distance.

Lovely villa in Mougins

We have just returned from a two week holiday and have to say that this villa really is lovely. The pool and gardens are beautiful (one of the best pools I have had in a villa) and the villa is spacious and clean. The view from the terrace is a highlight and is absolutley stunning. Mougins is a lovely old town with lovely Art Galleries and Cafes but we had children and so could only keep them amused for so long! Antibes had a lovely kid friendly beach and if you walk back to the harbour they have some really nice shops and restaurants. Cannes and Nice okay but very busy and expensive to park.
Overall a great villa, lovely coastal areas but make sure you take plenty of spending money as it is rather expensive to eat and drink there. (the villa does have a BBQ which we used a few times and well equipped kitchen which allowed us to eat in and keep costs down).Would definately recommend to friends and family.
