Residence Les Serres is a spacious modern villa of 200 square meters located in the beautiful village of Saint Paul de Vence near Vence. The private land of 2600 square meters is fully gated. The villa is conveniently located 15 minutes from Nice Cote d'Azur Airport and in a very private tree-rich environment. Ideal for people who are looking for a quiet place but still near the nightlife of Nice and the beautiful beaches of both Nice (stone) and Antibes / Jean le Pin (sand). The villa has a spacious living room with dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. In front of the villa is a large (heated) pool (kidney-shaped) with build-in steps (12m x 8m, 30-200cm dept) based on the South. The swimming pool is available from April till September each year. Residence les Serres is also provided with a 6 persons JACUZZI/SPA which is fully integrated in the sun terrace. The Jacuzzi/SPA can be used all year with extra heating charge of 50€ per week. Private car park 4-5 cars!

Built on its rocky outcrop and surrounded by its ramparts built on the orders of François I°, St Paul is certainly one of the most beautiful villages in Provence. The beauty of the surrounding area, quality of life and exceptional light has inspired numerous famous artists, painters, writers and poets, some of whom took up residence in the village. You can find signatures from some of these famous artists at the Foundation Maeght which has a large collection of paintings, sculptures, drawings and other graphic works from the XX°. Walk around the narrow and so picturesque streets of the village, from the Porte Royale to the Porte Sud via the (pedestrianised) and you will discover magnificent stone façades from the XVI° and XVIII° centuries. Lose yourself in the maze of charming streets, the floral exuberance of the gardens, the little shady squares, ancient fountains, gateways and porches, or wonderful windows and you'll see why St Paul is a favorite subject for photographers.

    Rental periods start on a Saturday around 4.00pm and end on a Saturday around 10.00am.

    On request: Pool heating cost: 50.- euros per week. Pool heating is not included in weekly rates.
  • 20% deposit which is required before a booking can be confirmed. Non-refundable if canceled within 4 weeks of the rental start. The minimum security deposit required is 1500 Euro. Prices exclude compulsory final cleaning charge of 200 euros and compulsory bed-linen charge around € 18.00 per bed. You are advised to take out a Travel Insurance Policy with a Cancellation Clause, such as Chez Nous/Europ Assistance, which may enable you to recover non-refundable monies.
  • The villa is conveniently situated 15 min from the Nice Cote d'Azur Airport and the well known Promenade des Anglais.
    Please note: Car essential. Car rentals on Terminal 2 (Nice Airport), please ask us for details.

Private secure land fully gated: Residence les serres offers excellent privacy and security. The villa is situated behind a locked private gate. There is also a security alarm available in the villa which is monitored.
