A beautiful 3 bedroomed house situated in a quiet street in the very heart of the old town of Antibes. The house is set on three floors with two large sweeping staircases. There are two double bedrooms one on the first floor and one on the second floor and a smaller bedroom with bunk beds also on the second floor. There are two bathrooms, one has bath/shower, basin and WC and is on the first floor. The other has a large walk-in shower, basin and WC and is on the ground floor. There is a utility room on the ground floor with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. A well equipped kitchen on the first floor with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. A dining room / living room on the first floor equipped with TV, Stereo and DVD player.

It is a short walk away from the beaches and Provencale covered market. Also shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and one of the largest yacht harbours in the Mediterranean. It is within easy access to the bus and train stations and public car parks. The famous seaside resorts of Cannes and Juan Le Pins are between 10 and 20 minutes drive and Nice Airport can be 20 minutes away.

  • There are two bathrooms in the house both with wc's. The shower room is on the ground floor while the second bathroom is on the first floor just opposite the double bedroom.( Please note none of the bedrooms are en suite)

Great location right in the centre of the old town. Clean and tidy compact apartment with all you need for a great stay in the beautiful Antibes ! Owner extremely helpful at providing information and going the extra mile organising parking permit.

Great Location, Good Communiation, House was clean with someone to meets us when we arrived, House is very close to all amenities and it is very easy to get trains / buses to locations such as Monaco, Cannes, Nice all of which are well worth a visit. All in all a very nice house and a great location for a holiday.

The location, in the small streets of Antibes, just 10 mins from the beach, 5 from bus station, 15 from train station and surrounded by shops and excellent restaurants, could not have been more ideal.

The house is very well provided and well equipped. It was clean throughout and the provision of bedding and towels was a great help. We are seriously considering returning next year.

Antibes is fabulous, A lovely french town full of life and character. Wonderful markets, cafes, bars and restaurants. Great place to spend a week relaxing enjoying fench culture. This house is ideally situated for the old town and within easy walks of all amenities including rail and buses, situated right in the heart of everything and within a short walk of the Port and its beautiful yachts. The house is very clean, well equipped and spacious. Good facilities including laundry. Couple of niggles like broken light bulbs in quite a fewlights and shower controls broken but things easily put right with some attention to detail. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to be in the heart of Antibes.
Owner's Response: We are very happy that you enjoyed the location with the close proximity to everything. We are always contacable to all our holiday tenants should you feel that anything needs attending to. We will do our utmost to have it repaired within the shortest time possible and you only have to mention any problems upon arrival and we will react quickly.Of the issues highlighted in this review the shower has been repaired and light bulbs have been replaced.

perfect for our needs

We stayed an extra week in Sept 07 because we found the location and space suited our family of 5 perfectly. The old town is beautiful, the train service close and efficient, and the villa itself is bright, clean, well equipped, very comfortable and centrally located. Shops close at hand, wonderful restaurants, beaches and the yachts are amazing.
We will come again.
