This south oriented townhouse is located in the exclusive heart of the Old Antibes in a very quiet neighbourhood. It has a fully equipped kitchen open on the dining room and a spacious living room with fireplace. Its roof terrace offers a gorgeous 360° view on the nearby harbour, the sea and the mountains. Its 2 large 1 car indoor garage is a must in this town where the best way of transportation is walking or biking. Living in the very center of Antibes offers the rare luxury of being at a walking distance of the best attractions this town can offer: the yacht and sailboat harbour, the sand beaches, cafe terraces, restaurants, a daily food and handicrafts open market and many shops. For those who are fond of art and culture, you are the neighbours of the Picasso museum and a French Language School. Saint Paul de Vence with the Maeght Foundation, the Matisse, Renoir, Leger and Chagall museums are nearby. For those loving hiking, the Alpes mountains are at less than 2 hour.

GUEST BOOK: Only one word to describe this house-superb! Very well situated, bright, spacious, airy, cool. The crowning glory of the house-the roof terrace- with an absolutely stunning 360 degree view of old Antibes. With the added bonus of a very large garage. Superbly located in the center of the old Antibes with shops, bars and restaurants just a few second away but tucked enough to ensure a very peaceful and calm stay. Town house in old Antibes

My young family stayed at this town house situated in the heart of old Antibes in August 2009. The location was excellent for us, as it was a short walk to La Gravette for sandcastle building and swimming, restaurants and the great food market were closeby for buying meals or food to cook at the house.The living area is ample for 4 people and the roof terrace was an excellent place to dine in the evening and enjoy great views. The bedroom space in each room was not too large but there was good storage space so the space was sufficient. The house was clean comfortable and well-equiped, so that each day we had a genuine choice as to whether we would dine at home (and stroll out for ice-cream dessert) or eat out. Overall, we were very happy with the property and had a good time.

Perfect vacation in Anribes

Dear Christine

I am more than pleased to tell you about our experiences during our vacation in Antibes.
First of all the city is more than we expected. There was really nothing missing. We could find activities, culture, views and excellent food of course. It is a paradise for children as well; beaches, Marineland etc.
But the most important thing was your charming house. It was more then we expected as well. Location was the best possible for us; quiet alley where you can enjoy the local sound and feelings. However at a distance of 50 meters you can find nice restaurants, markets and crowded streets. Nice beach is at distance of 10 minutes walk. Everything we needed was near.
Property itself is in excellent condition and fully equipped. All materials, furniture and machinery are high quality as well.
Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. All interior decorations; works of art, books and furniture are creating a cosy atmosphere.
Terrace at the top floor gave 360 degree view to the city, sea and the mountains. It was great place to have a breakfast and watch the sun going down in the evenings.
So I hope that these comments will show that we were 120% satisfied with everything.
We were utmost pleased with your warm and helpful assistance during the renting process. We could get all information we needed in a very efficient and professional way. We would like to thank Marc as well. He was doing an excellent job as well.
Once again; thank you very much giving us the possibility to live in your beautiful house.
I hope that we can meet again.

Heart of the Old Town

This is a very comfortable and large property in the heart of Antibes old town. It is a really good location - and the use of the garage is helpful. The cockpit terrace at the top has 360 degree views and is very pleasant for dinner or a cocktail in the evening. Shops and the harbour are nearby, and Antibes has excellent access to the motorway and rail network. We took the train from London to Antibes with one change at Lille - it is the only way to travel!
