You will be charmed by the fabulous original features of this traditional village house, its beamed ceilings and stone fireplace, and the light and airy interior. It's literally steps to restaurants street cafes and shops , but is situated in a quiet street. It is a world away from a modern, 1 bedroom flat in an apartment building, it really is unique and a special place to stay for your holiday in Antibes. On the first level is the bedroom, reached via the front door from the street level and up one flight of stairs, and the bathroom, both are spacious and airy. The bathroom has bath and shower and plenty of storage, and the bed is a large double. On the next level is the kitchen/living area. There is a well equipped kitchen with bar area, and a lovely sitting area with a feature stone fireplace, sofa, and dining for 6 people. Then there is the mezzanine area, a suitable sleeping area for children. It is air-conditioned throughout. There is Sky TV, no French TV.

This house is right in the heart of the Old Town of Antibes. Everything you could wish for is within a short walk. The local Antibes beach La Gravette is less than a 5 min. walk away, past street cafes, shops and restaurants, then through the medieval arch of the Ramparts, and past some of the 'smaller' yachts in the famous marina. The daily Provencal Market is not to be missed, with a fabulous array of fresh produce on offer, early evening the site turns into a market of local artists which is equally lovely to browse through. A few steps from here is the Picasso Museum, which contain works that he produced while living there. The train station, a 10 minute walk, will take you easily anywhere along the coast, it's a lovely view in either direction, though especially towards Monaco, which should not be missed.

A great find in Antibes

This charming little house is in a superb location in the heart of the old town and close to the beach but quiet. Full of character, surprisingly spacious, stylishly furnished, very clean and very well equipped.
We were a party of 3 adults and 2 children (ages 6 and 8) and all loved staying in the house. The service was great from the time we spotted the house on the web site.

Hope to stay there again.

Great Times In France

Went to Antibes on a suprise visit and was blown away by charm of this place. Ideally situated down a quiet street in the centre of town, we were able to get to everything within minutes. The bed was comfy, the bathroom spacious and the kitchen provided everything. The 'info pack' gave us some great ideas for day trips, restaurants and other places of interest. I was even able to catch up on the weekends football using the sky t.v. The mrs wasn't impressed but I was! 10/10 I'll come again.

We would highly recommend this pretty and quaint house in the heart of the Old Town in Antibes. The traditional style of the house is endearing and although we were on the doorstep of restaurants, cafes and shops the road is surprisingly quiet. The house was clean, homely and spacious for a couple with lots of storage. The owner’s information pack was really helpful and we had some wonderful meals at recommend restaurants. We also enjoyed strolling down to the port and being so close to the beach and the fabulous market. We would definitely like to go back and have recommended it to friends and family.

I loved this gorgeous place...it's in the Old Town...I would definitely recommend renting this property. We were a group of girls staying for a week - it was absolutely perfect! It's located right in the heart of Antibes, a stone's throw from some fantastic bars & restaurants, and on the doorstep are some great little shops & a boulangerie. It's decorated in great taste; it complements the character of the place with its exposed beams & wooden floors. I would absolutely recommend this to friends & family...it's great value for money. It's light & airy, fully equipped & incredibly spacious too...we comfortably sat 6 of us round the table...
It's perfect...I could fault nothing...!

Great accomodation in Old Antibes

Looking for high standards, charm and accessability in old Antibes, this house gives it all.
We enjoyed being so close to all the best parts of Antibes, from the restaurants, shops, the market, the beaches, the port, etc. We found it ideally situated close to the bus and station for trips in any direction.
We also found the "house information pack" to be full of the minutist details, and for instance if you need to hire a car we suggest you look no further than Midi Location (ML) which is great value.
The property itself was very well presented, being clean and providing everything you would need with genuine home elements and good level of support from Michelle. One should not be in the kitchen on holiday, but this one made even that a pleasant experience!
There is no question we would return and found the holiday was a treat and wish anyone else a happy time.
