Property layout: The house is arranged over three floors, with a rustic rock back wall. It has tiled floors throughout. On the ground floor there is a small hallway leading to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (which also houses the washing machine). Steepish stairs lead up to the first floor where there is an open-plan kitchen and sitting area, with large sliding windows. Open stairs with iron railings lead up to the second floor – to the right is the second bedroom with en-suite shower room and large sliding windows; to the left is a glass door leading onto the covered terrace/balcony where there is a table suitable for dining. The sea view from the terrace is stunning.
