The house is situated in the heart of the Old Town with its daily markets and numerous cafes, restaurants and bars. The house has stunning panoramic sea views and is situated directly opposite the beach. The property is set out over three levels. On the 1st floor there is a large open-plan living room/dining room/kitchen with French doors to the balcony giving extensive sea views. There is a fully fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer) air conditioning, TV, DVD. At ground level there is the master bedroom with en suite corner bath and vanity unit, fitted wardrobes and French doors from the bedroom to a private terrace. There is also a separate W.C. At basement level there are two double bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes. There is a shower room and separate W.C. along with a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The house is located in the heart of the Old Town of Nice (Vieux Nice) overlooking the sea on Rue des Ponchettes. The “Ponchettes” are one of the landmarks of Old Nice, classified for protection as an historical and architectural treasure. Dating from the 18th century the house is situated among the arcades and terraces that make up the Ponchettes. The house has beautiful views over the Baie des Anges (Bay of Angels), with a shingle beach directly opposite and the old castle is a short stroll away. Also on your doorstep is the Promenade des Anglais - Nice's famous seafront esplanade. It's 6km long and is a fantastic place for a stroll or you can hire a bicycle or rollerblade up and down. The Cours Saleya with its famous flower market, cafes and restaurants is less than a minutes walk from the house. Nearby there are also some excellent speciality shops, art galaries and museums (Musee Matisse, Musee des Beaux Arts, Musee d'Art Moderne et Contemporain).

A full refund will be given if cancellation is received 8 weeks prior to the booking date, however no refund will be made if cancellation occurs within 8 weeks of the booking. We strongly recommend that you take out personal travel insurance to cover you for cancellations/loss or theft of your personal property.
  • Arrivals and Departures
    Check-in is at 16.00 hrs. and check-out is at 10.00 hrs. On arrival you will be met by our representative who will go through an inventory of the property, take receipt of a security deposit, familiarize you with appliances and hand over keys.
