The villa is perfect for summer holiday rental on a self-catering basis. It has a large private garden and roof terrace with sea view and is quiet. The villa is situated in a residential area of Nice, 1 km from the sea, 2 minutes from local shops and bus routes, 10 minutes walk from the main Nice train station and new tramway into the Old Town of Nice, and 20 minutes from Nice airport (car). There are two garages available with the villa or parking is possible on the road nearby. There are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (all ensuite) in the villa upstairs. In total the villa can sleep up to 11 people. Sky TV channels, Wifi, iPod speakers help to make this the ideal base for a self-catering summer holiday rental. Nice is especially geared to summer holidays with its beaches, concerts and busy nightlife and ideal climate.

Kitchen fully equipped with 6 ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and American fridge/freezer. Washing machine upstairs. Parking available in private garage (by prior arrangement) or on road nearby.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Key deposit of 100 Euros payable locally, and final clean of 150 Euros. Cleaning can be arranged for your stay.
    Linens and towels charged at 20 Euros per person per stay.
  • 50% deposit on booking and the remainder 6 weeks before arrival. If booking for more than a week then a reduced deposit % will be charged, with remainder 6 weeks before arrival. For cancellations I will refund the full monies paid minus 200 pounds if cancelled more than 6 weeks in advance, 50% refund if between 6 and 2 weeks before arrival, and no refund if within 2 weeks of arrival.

  • The bedrooms currently sleep 10, but a further single bed can be added to some of the rooms to make a maximum of 11. Bedroom 5 is on its own on the second floor (roof level or US 3rd floor), and has a balcony. All the other bedrooms are together on the 1st floor (US 2nd floor). Bedroom 2 has a balcony off it, which can also be accessed by Bedroom 1. The balcony can be private to Bedroom 2 however as you can block the electric shutter from Bedroom 1 closed. There are sea views from bedrooms 1, 2 and 5. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 5 face South so have maximum sun. Bedroom 3 faces East, Bedroom 4 faces West. All beds have allergen free mattresses and pillows, and bedrooms have minimal soft furnishings. There is no air-conditioning in the house, but all rooms have fans in them.
