This beautiful stone built property is very charming, on a 1,3 acre park with olive trees and other fruit trees. It has a view over the sea and the mountains. Facing South, this property is split in two different parts: the master house and the guest house. The master house has a very large living area, with covered terrace and barbecue, and a sea view through the large patio doors. The dining room has a fire place and overlooks the garden and the pool. It enjoys also a view to the sea and the garden. The bedroom with fire place and sea view, leads to a covered terrace with a pond. This magnificent property offers an accommodation for 8 to 10 people in comfort. All the rooms overlook the garden. There is a pool house, entirely equipped, by the swimming pool. In the guest house, there are 3 further bedrooms with bathrooms, study, well equipped American kitchen.

Between the sea and the mountains, 14km away from the beaches, there is Tourrettes sur Loup, the Violet's City. Very famous among film makers since 1925, Tourrettes is nowadays a venue for musicians, artists and writers, located 20 min from Nice Airport, 25km from Nice, 30km from Cannes, 10min from St Paul de Vence. The weather is perfect at all times. Go to Corsica by ferry or air plane from Nice. Italy is close by. Go visit the Wonders Valley and the Natural Park of Mercantour. St Tropez is 2 hours away by motorway or boat. Art lovers can visit the museums: Chagall, Matisse, Renoir, Picasso, Maeght Foundation etc. and Cezanne in Aix en Provence. And we mustn't forget the Monte Carlo Casino, Cannes, Nice, the concerts and exhibitions, the Jazz Festival in Juan les Pins... There are excellent restaurants with famous great 'Chefs' in St Paul de Vence, Mougins, Cannes...You will find 11 golf courses in the area.   • Rentals are available during the Monaco Grand Prix from May 24th to 27th, and the Cannes Film Festival, from May 16th to 27th. Please contact us for our rates.
