Villa Blue Horizon is a beautiful provencal villa with lovely views to the sea and Alpes-Maritimes. It has a large pool, terraces and beautiful mature gardens, 3 reception rooms, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Mediterranean decor combined with light colourful furnishings give this villa a spacious and sunny feel. There is a large living room with fireplace, a separate dining room and provencal kitchen all leading out to main terraces and the garden. Each of the first floor bedrooms open onto a terrace and all have delightful sea views. The pool (11m) has a retractable cover and so can be used virtually year round. There is a boule pitch and plenty of room for children to play in the private garden. There is a very well-equipped summer kitchen with BBQ, pizza oven, gas hobs, drinks fridge and bar area. Close by is a large covered terrace for out door eating and relaxing. Villa Blue Horizon is perfect for families and friends holidaying together and, indeed, special celebrations.

The villa is about a 15 min. walk from beaches, local restaurants and shops. Local shops include a boulangerie and a Petit Casino. Carrefour and Geant can be reached by a short drive. There is a daily market in Antibes old town which is great place to explore. Biot is home to lovely hand-made glass & other Artisan shops. There are also a wealth of museums nearby, for example Piccaso, Renoir, Maeght Foundation. Around the Antibes area there is access to local watersports, tennis and golf. The villa is also walking distance from the Vaugrenier woods which offer many trails, lakes, lots of trees & space. The coastal train can be taken from Biot station and is frequent and efficient in both directions along the coast. This makes it easy to pop over to Cannes for the day or Menton, on the Italian border, & on into Italy to the famed Ventimiglia markets. Nearer to home, the beaches around Antibes & Cap d'Antibes are delightful & varied. The coves round the Cap also offer great snorkelling.

Fun for all the family: Villa Blue Horizon is a 10 minute walk to Marineland which is a great family day out. Marineland is famous for its spectacular dolphin and killer whale shows. The park opened in 1970 and many of the dolphins you see performing were born here. There is a strong emphasis on providing an excellent environment for all their sea creatures. In addition to Marineland there is Aqua -Splash, Adventure Golf, La Jungle des Papillons, La Petite Ferme and Antibesland. So you can find something here to keep the whole family happy. Other interesting things to do include the Zoo de Cap Ferrat and Le Chemin de Fer de Provence which is an excellent way to see the countryside as the train rattles up the Var valley close to the Gorges du Verdon. Also consider Parc Floral Phoenix on the west side of Nice, the glass-bottomed boat from which you can spot not only spectacular fish but stunning real estate around Cap d'Antibes and simple 'bucket and spade' play on the many beautiful beaches along the Riviera.
