Villa Gardiole and the Cottage are situated on big private family domain in Biot, consisting of the master's house (where the masters live all year round) and two guest houses (La Gardiole and the Cottage) A big lake -shaped pool and caretakers quarters are part of the facilities as well which are all surrounded by a carefully maintained two hectares park. We have a fully equipped children's playground, a vegetable garden producing plenty of choice and a fitness room with heating and air conditioning. Our pool is children-safe and has a special toddler area with shallow water, separated from the main basin. Caretakers live on site and can provide any kind of assistance ( handyman and maid service ) La Gardiole and The Cottage can host up to a max of 10 people and can be rented together or separately. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxed, noise free and with a nice country feeling.

La Gardiole is a lovely provencal stone villa. Interiors are very cosy and are decorated in typical French Provencal style. The house has ancient terracotta floors and colour painted walls, designer fabrics, upmarket linen and upmarket equipments. The kitchen has vitroceramics burners, Miele dishwasher, GE fridge and both microwave and traditional owen (A detailed check list of kitchen utensils is available on request as well as a complete list of the house equipments) Every room has direct access to the garden and private bathroom. Direct phone line and interphone connection with the rest of the property, as well as adsl internet connection and Hifi system The house has a lovely private veranda for outdoor dining, seating 6 people and a gaz barbeque can be provided on request.

Our domain is near the ancient village of Biot. We are in the heart of the French Riviera, only 5 km from Antibes and the best beaches, 30 km from Nice and Cannes, 10 km from Valbonne and Mougins. The motorway is 2 minutes away and allows you to reach Montecarlo in 25 min, St Tropez in 1.15 min and Marseille in 2 hours. The Italian Riviera is very close as well as many ski resorts in the Maritime Alps (Isola 2000- Auron -LImone Piemonte) Our location is very quiet, calm and secured. The village is very close and at a reasonable walking distance ( 30 min ).From our property we can join the most bucolic walk through the Parc De la Brague, a unique experience through woods and along a nice fresh river , which allows to reach Valbonne in 2 hours. For the children Marineland and its amusements parks are only 5 min away, including a mini golf course, a luna park and some horse riding facilities. A big selection of golf courses is also available for advanced as well as for beginners.
