'Les Wedgwoods' is a well-established private villa situated at the heart of the Cannes-Nice-Grasse triangle - just a few miles away from Antibes - in the picturesque village of Biot, home of the world renowned artisanal glass-blowers. The villa is in a very quiet spot and yet within walking distance from the old Biot village centre. Cannes and Nice are only 25 car minutes away. There are plenty opportunities for excursions, whilst a series of golf courses are in the immediate vicinity. The villa is within walking distance from the 'vieux village' and yet in a remarkably quiet spot.

The detached two-story villa ''les Wedgwoods'' is built against a hill on a private property of some 2400 square metres. the main floor consists of an exceptionally large living (some 65 square metres a kitchen, a dining room, a large mezzanine (with a small library) a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Three glass sliding French windows in the living provide access to the south facing terrace which measures some 50 square metres. At both ends of the villa the upper house is connected by stairs to the lower house. The stairs at one end provide access to the stand alone Annex, whilst the other stairs lead to a separate studio. The Annex consists of a séjour with kitchenette and a very large bedroom (some 25 square metres with a sleeping section and a lounge area) and a large marble bathroom. the Studio consists of a double bedroom and a bathroom the pool is situated within a comfortable distance of the terrace.

We have just returned from a glorious week in this property. The house was extremely spacious and exceeded our expectations. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The owners were very helpful, answering all our questions and making our visit stress free.

The area was very peaceful despite some building work further up the hill.

The local village is great, lots of quaint, interesting little shops and several nice restaurants and bars all within walking distance. There is also a good supermarket 10 mins by car.

We'll definitely recommend it to our friends and can't wait to go back.
