Clos des Oliviers is an old country stone farm house completely renovated with high quality furnishings and furnished in a beautiful country style. It is surrounded by a 18.000 m2 terraced garden with over 200 olive trees. It is the ideal place to enjoy a peaceful holiday taking in the beauty of this areas countryside. From the house you can hear the flowing of the river Roya well known for activities such as canoeing, fishing, swimming etc. Even though the property is situated in countryside, it is only at 5 minutes drive to the main village of Breil sur Roya, a typical French country village, where you can find all the necessary shops, i.e. supermarket, chemist, bakery, restaurants etc. On the ground floor of the house there is a big sitting room with fire place a dining room which opens up on to a big terrace with barbecue and with a very charming view on the valley and olive trees. The kitchen is spacious and in 'provencale' style. On the first floor 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

Breil sur Roya 's location is ideal as it is only half an hour from the sea (Menton) and mountains (Limone Piemonte in Italy). 20 minutes by car to Ventimiglia (Italy) 45 minutes to Monte Carlo and approximately one hour to Nice airport. It is also only 10 minutes to the 'Vallée des Merveilles' and the ' Mercantour' Park where you can enjoy beautiful walks, excursions and horse rides. In Vievola (15 minutes by car) a 18 holes golf course. An ATV and motorcycles course at five minutes distance from the house. ATV excursions in the Natural Park of Mercantour

Additional information about rental rates

  • To secure a reservation the 30% of the total rent amount is required plus damage deposit of 800€. These amounts are non-refundable in the event of subsequent cancellation. Full balance is due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. Rates include all linen and towels for use in the villa, final cleaning for one week rental, electricity. The cost of any further cleaning required on departure will be deducted from deposit. Please note that we are only able to return the deposit within two months after departure.
