An absolute quietness, fifteen minutes away from the beaches, near all conveniences, 5 kms away from the Nice airport. Situated between Nice and Cannes. Bus service to Nice and surroundings from 10 minutes walk from the house. Ski resorts( from Christmas to Easter) are at 1 hour 15 drive from Cagnes/Mer. A perfect getaway for those wanting it all.

This property was exactly what it said it was. A beautifully maintained 5 star villa with magnificant views. It was clean with excellent home comforts. The layout of the villa was excellent and the pool area with BBQ was perfect. Local amenities such as shops and restaraunts were a 10 minute walk away. The owner was easily reached if we had a problem ( which we did'nt have) and she was extremely friendly and helpful. The villa itself is a 20 minute drive from the airport. Excellent train and bus service facilities made places such as Monaco and Cannes easily accesable. The beach was a 20 minute walk. We did'nt feel the need for a car as we are keen walkers. The villa and overall holiday was perfect.
