A charming villa located in an exclusive section of Cannes. Magnificent view on the sea and less than 3 km from the beach, restaurants, tennis club, gym facilities, and the shopping area of Cannes. The villa's main entrance leads on to three floors with 6 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms for each. 5 rooms have air-conditioning. Cot beds and high chairs available. The secured swimming pool and it's large garden has plenty of space for children to explore, a tented sandpit gives families an added option. Two BBQ and plenty of sunbeds are at your disposal. Villa Soleil evokes charm with modern practicality, (TV, VCR, Playstation, Hi-Fi, Fax, security and housekeeping services optional). English and French cartoons and movies, are at your disposal. The kitchen is big and pleasantly modern and fully furnished. This is a villa with great capacity and great atmosphere!

Nearest Airport: Nice at 30 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 2.0 Kilometres
Car: recommended
Since the property is on the hills of Cannes, you have a very quick access to the N7 that can take you straight to the beautiful villages of Cagnes-sur-mer, Vallauris, St-Paul de Vence , Antibes and Nice or the opposite direction; towards St Raphael and St Tropez. You are also 20mn from the highway and can visit the Gorge du Verdon or Ezes and Monaco. In winter you can be on the ski slopes of Auron or Isola, after just an hour. The villa is also very close to the beaches and to the ports, port Canto is the closest. You can visit the two islands, in which you will find a monastry and the other a natural parc, well preserved for it's ancient trees. For nature lovers, you are well catered in this area. And if you chose off season then you are a winner! There are also plenty of very good restaurants and charming places to discover. For the ones who like partying, you do have a lot of new bars, lounges and discos in Cannes, Juan-les-Pins, Monte-Carlo and of course in St-Tropez.l

  • The villa with it's 6 rooms can sleep 8 people , if each wants it's own bed, or sleep 10 if 6 singles and 2 on one queen size bed and another 2 on the second queen size bed.
    We do not allow parties more than 20 people.
    We ask for a security deposit of 3000 E.
  • These prices includes electricity, Internet link. Telephone is at your own charge. Mid week cleaning is 12 Euros /h for 4 hour to be paid on arrival. Final cleaning (laundry and cleaning of the villa) is 150 Euros, to also be paid upon arrival.
    We can also send a driver to the airport and can try to help you in other areas you might need help with.

Skiing in Auron!: From the villa to Auron count 2 hours at the most. Very straightforward and easy access to Auron and Isola 2000 through A8 and route de Grenoble. We can also give you the name of a hotel in Auron in which we always stay and is right next to the telecabine.

Golf in Mougins or Sophia Antipolis!: You will find some fantastic golf in the area, within a 15 to 20 mn drive from the villa. Again easy and confortable access. And we can help you with the golf instructer.

Some friends and I rented this beautiful property for 2 weeks in the summer and a second time in spring. We had plenty of privacy but at the same time found lot's of different areas to sit and relax or to party.
The view is great and the proximity to Cannes is unique, and you are in such a calm, natural environment! We recomend this villa to all sorts of groups, family ,friends and businesses gatherings for congresses in Cannes.

I absolutely loved this house. It was in a great location and just minutes to the heart of Cannes. We especially loved the pool and the yard which is full of lovely trees and ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. The house is casual and cozy and offers a spectacular view of the sea. Our favorite room was on the highest floor where you practically feel as if you have the whole Mediterranean under you. The kitchen is updated and very user friendly. This house is perfect for a family with children as its comfortable furnishings make one feel quite at home. We highly recommend it and would love to rent this house again if it should be available for our time frame.

Stunning views of the sea, private and secluded with spacious accommodation and a stone throw's away from local ameneties, shopping and the night-life of Cannes and Juans les Pins; this villa is the perfect holiday location for families and groups of friends to unwind and have fun. You can't ask for more!
