A four double/twin bedroom terrace villa (sleeps up to eight) on a secure gated estate looking out on the leafy slopes of the Croix des Gardes National Parc and the hills around; very tranquil with no through traffic. The downstairs rooms all open out on to west facing terrace and lawn. Large shared swimming pool 100 metres away. Garage. Linen and electricity included. All furniture is new, and beds are exceptionally comfortable. Five minutes by car from the Plage du Midi and from the centre of Cannes. Supermarket and shops within walking distance. Easy access to and from the auto route to the coast and the hill towns of Provence. Nice airport 25 minutes drive. The high speed TGV will also take you along the breathtaking coastline and you can even be in Italy in 40minutes. Another rail link takes you quickly into the Alps so you can literally be sunbathing on the beach in the morning and skiing in the afternoon.

The villa is set within a gated, superbly landscaped development with 24hr security and access to a large outdoor swimming pool and a children's play area.
