Bedrooms upstairs all open onto covered terraces with stunning views of the pool, garden and surrounding mountains. Villa Clermont overlooks the hills of Grasse in a quiet neighbourhood very near to Opio golf course. Only 15 mins from the coast, 20 mins to Nice airport and under 5 mins to Valbonne, Opio, Chateauneuf, all with local shops, bars, restaurants and lively weekly markets. Valbonne is a pretty medieval town with with many restaurants, art galleries, antique shops. Mougins, the gastronomic centre of the South of France, is a 15 min drive. Gourdon is 10 mins and worth a visit for the fantastic view and scenery. Grasse, the perfume city is 5 mins away and Cannes, Antibes, La Napoule, Juan les Pins and Theoule are all within a 20-25 min drive or 15 mins by train from Grasse Station (5mins). For younger visitors, Marineland and other theme parks are 15 -20 minutes away.
