It has peace and quiet but is less than 35 minutes from the airport and only a 20 minute drive down to the sea, Antibes and Cannes - even in the peak months. The villa is at the end of a small no-through residential country lane, totally private. Provencal style villa in the Cote d'Azur one mile from the historic Alpes-Maritime village of Chateauneuf de Grasse. It is less than 35 minutes from the airport and only a 20 minute drive down to the sea, Antibes and Cannes - even in the peak months. Biot, Valbonne, Opio and Mougins are all within 10 min. The land falls away towards Grasse le Plan to the south and steeply to the north to the top of the hill (approx 300 feet above), the villa is 0.4 miles from Grasse. The Loup Valley is 1 - 2 miles away with the beautiful Loup Gorge, and villages Bar sur Loup, Tourettes sur Loup are close by. Gourdon with its unbelievable views is 3 miles away.

    Departure times are by 10:00am.
  • Heated Pool costs Euro 100 per week Pool Heating needs to be requested in advance and is automaticaly set.
    Maid Service is included in price at begining and end of rental,. If rental period is greater than one week, maid will attend once every week.
