Speracedes is situated 5 miles from Grasse in the South of France on the border of the Cote D'Azure and Provence at the foothills of the Alps and has stunning panoramic views over the Bay of Cannes and Cap De L'Esterel. Grasse is well known as the world capital of Perfume. This villa is an exceptional base from which to explore the the Cote D'Azur and is just 25 minutes from Nice Airport. The villa is 5 minute walk from the center of Speracedes which has a few little shops that include a Patisserie & restaurant. Cabris the historic hilltop town is 5 minutes by car.
