In the vicinity:: Despite its feeling of calm and space, the villa is ideally suited for local amenities with several large supermarkets nearby and the city of Grasse just on the doorstep. Beyond Grasse into the hills you will find pretty hilltop villages such as Cabris, with views over the entire French Riviera, dotted everywhere and further still on the Route Napoleon you can make your way quickly up into the stunning mountain scenery.

Golf: Another advantage of the villa is that it is ideally located for golf courses. It is well served by, among others, the following courses: Grasse Country Club (15 mins), Cannes Mougins (10 mins), Royal Mougins (10 mins), Opio Valbonne (15mins), St. Donat (5 mins) to name but a few locally. Slightly further afield, but definitely worth the trip, tucked away in the mountains you also have the outstanding course and amenities at Chateau de Taulane (50 mins), the Pete Dye-designed Barbaroux (50 mins) and the seemingly extravagant but surprisingly affordable Monte Carlo GC (1 hour), with views from 900m up over the coast of Monaco.
