This little villa is nestled in an old Olive grove on a hillside behind Cannes & Antibes . The villa & garden have stunning 360 degree views & 4800m2 of well maintained private grounds . Situated on the edge of the historical town of Grasse , which is only a 5 minute drive or approx 20 minute walk from the house . The picturesque villages of Mougins, Valbonne, Biot, St. Paul de Vence, Cabris etc. with great restaurants, shops & galleries are only a short drive away. The sandy beaches of Cannes or a restaurant table in Antibes are less than a 30 minutes drive. Nice airport approx 35 mins drive (27 km). 8 local Golf Courses within a 15 minute radius of the house. Golf courses at Opio and Le Grand Bastide are about 5 minutes away.
