Luxury 4 bed villa with private pool, on mature gardens in an old Olive grove with vines, Cyprus trees & fabulous views to the sea & countryside. The house is 3km to the south-east of Grasse, 25 minutes from Nice airport & the beaches at Cannes & Antibes. The picturesque villages of Valbonne, Biot, Mougins, St Paul de Vence with their pretty squares, restaurants, markets & galleries are only a short drive away. This comfortable house, decorated in Provencal style has a large kitchen, dining room to seat 8 & is equipped to a very high standard, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, plenty of cookware & glasses, crockery. The spacious living room has comfortable seating for 10 & TV, video, DVD etc. Outside are lots of sunny & shady places to eat (table to seat 8), enjoy the sun & the view. The private pool is of one depth (1.3m approx) with a deck/terrace, plenty of cushioned lounger’s & shady parasol, there is also a KIDS' PLAY AREA with swings & table-tennis etc .

The medieval city of Grasse is ideally situated approx. 25 minutes from Nice airport, Cannes Antibes & sandy beaches are approx. 15 kms away from the villa , Grasse is approx. 10/ 15 minutes walk away, an hours drive to a snow ski station and about 15 minutes to at least 8 different Golf courses. The picturesque villages of Valbonne, Mougins, st. Paul de vence, Cabris etc. with their great restaurants, pretty squares, markets, galleries & shops are only a short drive away.

    * Utility costs ,pool & garden maintainance & a cleaning fee of Euro 150 applies & is payable in advance. Linen is not included in the rental price but is available for hire . Pool / beach towels are also available to hire , please ask for details .
    * Utilities allowance : A reasonable allowance for electricity & gas ( however , excess usage will be charged & metre readings will taken on arrival & departure ) .
    * Pool & garden maintenance are included .
    * Security deposit of £1000 required .

Snow Ski: Many interesting ski resorts within an easy drive. Isola 2000 approx 1 hour 20 minutes away, Andon, Valberg etc.

Golf: A really fabulous place to stay for a golf holiday without the restrictions of staying on a golf resort. A choice of at least 8 championship standard courses within a 15 minute radius of the house, Royal Mougins, Valbonne, Opio etc ..to name but a few. No need to play on the same course too often!

Other Activities: Visits to perfumery , lavander growers , vineyards & local winemakers .
