This 5 star villa is situated between Nice and Cannes on the French Riviera. It has 4 double bedrooms one of which has it's own terrace; luxurious lounge with TV, DVD, Video player and Hi-fi; well equipped kitchen and laundry room. 2 Bathrooms and separate toilet inside and shower and toilet outside. Fabulous swimming pool in large, secluded, well-planted garden. Outside, BBQ, Pizza oven and pool all floodlit. Hairdryers, sun lounger’s, bed linen and towels (not beach) supplied. 10 minute walk to natural sandy beach and spectacular views. Shops for tasty fresh baguettes etc only 2 minutes away. Good quality restaurants, supermarkets, nightclubs and casino are within walking distance. Bus stops are only a stone's throw away. The very regular bus takes one to Antibes, Cannes and Nice. The train, which is less than a mile distant, takes one to Cannes in 10 minutes, Nice in 1/2 hour, Monaco in 1 hour and Italy in 1 and 1/2 hours. For drivers, the carport holds 2 cars. No pets.

This elegant winter and summer resort lies at the end of a magnificent bay, well protected by sumptuous Cap d'Antibes and Pointe de la Croisette. A pinewood grows right down to a gently sloping beach of fine natural sand some 2km - 1mile long, which is well protected from the wind. Many shops including a lovely baker for fresh croissants and baguettes for breakfast are 2 mins walk from the villa. In the evening, activity centres on the numerous restaurants, open-air cafes and nightclubs round the casino. The summer season is marked by many events including the famous World Jazz Festival which takes place in the Palais des Congres or under the pine trees. Spring is celebrated with many festivals including the harvest of lemons and mimosa. Colourful markets take place all the year round and are a magnet for tourists. If you come in May don't forget to look out for a film star in nearby Cannes. This villa makes a perfect destination for your holiday all the year round.

September break in Antibes

We went for a relaxing break away where we could leave our work worries at home and we got just that! The area was very pleasant and full of amenities - we were able to take day trips to nice and beyond from the nearby train station. Perfect location to walk to the beach (ten mins) or subside by the pool for the day! We very much enjoyed the table tennis and games provided by the villa. The BBQ was the cherry on the icing! We really couldnt of asked for a better time and place to stay! Thanks very much

Amazing Autumn in Antibes

My girlfriend and I visited in September '09. We found the villa perfect for our stay, it ws well maintained and was equipped with everything we needed and even had a supply of games and DVD's.

The pool was excellent and we also enjoyed playing Table Tennis in the back garden.

The villa has an excellent location being close to local shops and a short walk from a local upermarket. It isonly 5 minutes wals from the beach where you will find a variety of beachfront restaurants.

There is a bus stop literally over th road and the train station is only 10 minutes walk away also.

During our stay we visited Cannes, Monaco and Nice using both the bus and the train. If you want to stay locally though Juan les Pins hs a great variety of shops and restaurants / cafes.

Overall we had an excellent stay andwill definitely be back! :-)
