PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. In the hills of Mandelieu over looking at an incredible breathtaking panoramic sea & mountain view, in a quite area at the end of a road, picture square two floors villa, 155m² inside and 1744m² of total property, south exposition, five minutes from shops. From the swimming pool with an overflow you can look out the sea and a chain of mountains. The three bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and can accommodate six persons, the kitchen is spacious, fully equipped with a nice big wood table making it convivial. The kitchen faces a covered terrace with the same beautiful view. The terrace is very nice with a barbecue. All comfort is available, two TV’s, one in the kitchen and one in the living room, the living room is separated by three steps from the dining room making it more private with it’s designed sofa welcoming many persons, the dining area faces the view. Our opinion, incredible view, welcoming and comfortable place to spend relaxing vacation.
