Our winter home is situated STEPS away from the Mediterranean Sea, close to commercial areas, restaurants. WALK to intimate cove BEACHES, or the larger sandy beaches.

Recently remodeled, AIR CONDITIONED. The fully equipped kitchen has updated appliances, equipped with OSMOSIS filter, providing near PURE drinking and cooking WATER. On one level, 130 sq M, providing, spacious LIVING and formal DINING rooms. The expansive sliding glass doors in every major room extend the living area onto the terrace facing the Sea.

entertainment: FLAT SCREEN TV, CABLE service with INTERNATIONAL channels, CD player.

3 BEDROOMS, and SLEEPS 6. it PERFECT for 4 ADULTS and 2 adolescents or CHILDREN.

Villa 'La Bonnetoile', is situated walking distance to large sandy beaches, or more intimate cove beaches. One may also walk to near by commercial areas for groceries or morning coffee at the local boulanger. Launching point for sightseeing by car or boad Just a half hour away are both Nice and Cannes and a one hour ferry ride will put you on the beaches of St. Tropez. Agay is a quaint village located near many attractions on the French Riviera and the glamorous nightlife of Monaco is only 70 kilometers away. The Nice Côte d'Azur airport is only 50 kilometers, so getting to your vacation is convenient. The train station at Saint-Raphael is 10 kilometers away and provides an easy way to reach your holiday destination.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Payments are by wire in Euros
    Rates are all inclusive, full starter service of linens, beach towels, beach mats wifi service, and 4 hours of end of stay cleaning.

    Optional:
    Additional hours of cleaning in the event that the villa requires more than 4 hours of end of stay cleaning is charged at 20 Euros per hour
    Weekly change of linens 50 Euros ( There is a washer, and dryer available)
    Pet charge 25 Euros ( subject to owner approval)

    Refundable security deposit is 950 Euro due 60 days prior to stay.
    Security deposit is 100% refundable providing property is left in compliance with check out information provided
    Refunds are made by wire in Euros within two weeks of departure. There may be additional bank charges for those outside of the Euro Zone.

    Maximum occupancy is 6 persons.

    Check-out is 10:00AM. 10:00

    Late arrival, after 18:00 requires 40 Euro travel fee payable to villa manager.
  • Prior to 90 days, Deposit fees are refunded subject to re-rental of property for the period reserved, minus 25% of the deposit amount, to promote the property

    Cancellations received inside of 60 days are subject to the full rent. We will make an effort to re-rent the property in such cases. Any refund (75% maximum) will be based on the success of those efforts.

    Travel and Cancellation insurance is recommended

Perfectly Delightful

Truly a home away from home!
The beautiful red rocks in this area reminded us very much of Sedona, Arizona. Agay was an easy train ride to Antibes and Nice. We did have a car for other daily jaunts to Cannes, St. Paul de Vence, Eze, Monaco, St. Raphael, St. Tropez and Marseille to name a few of the many places we ventured. What was so nice was we were able to come back in the evening, cook dinner and sleep in our "own" bed. It was very quiet at night so no people or road noise which we've encountered when staying at many hotels.
I had fresh butter croissants most mornings which were purchased from the French bakery a short 10 minute walk away. And fresh French pastries/dessert most evenings too. My husband really enjoyed the single cup coffee maker as each cup was freshly brewed. The new refrigerator with ice maker was very handy and the outside barbecue was easy to use for our steaks and chicken dinners.
The home was nicely furnished and decorated with a stunning view of the Mediterranean, totally clean upon our arrival with a full kitchen of any appliance imagined, nice dishes and flatware, bookshelves with an ample supply of books, Wi fi, a flat screen television with an English speaking station, washer and dryer - what more could anyone ask for!
A very relaxing home and logistically a perfect location from which to explore the French Riviera/Cote D/Azur and Provence. Definitely a place to stay again and highly recommended.

Fabulous holiday!

We could not have been happier with the villa and location, and were very well looked after by the helpful and accomodating caretaker, Monsieur Terrier. We stayed with 4 girls between 11 and 17, and all had a lovely time. The villa was clean, really well equipped and is even more lovely in reality than on the website. It's only a couple of minutes walk from a beautiful bay with great snorkelling, and a huge rock to jump from into clear waters where we saw an octopus, fish and soft corals. Ideal location for independant teenagers within walking distance of good range of shops and activities, eg kayak, windsurfing, parascending, boat hire, and relaxing for the parents! We would not hesitate to recommend both the area and the villa.

Une très bonne et belle étoile !

Que dire de plus que tout ce qui a déjà été décrit ? Nous confirmons sans hésitation les éloges concernant la villa à tel point que nous nous y sommes très rapidement sentis comme chez nous. Tous les équipements assurent un séjour irréprochable et la décoration y est raffinée et agréable. Il faut ajouter une vue exceptionnelle qui apporte repos, apaisement ou rêverie... La plage à proximité est calme et familiale et les commerçants à quelques minutes à pieds permettent de ne pas utiliser de voiture. Bref, magnifique séjour agrémenté par l'extrême gentillesse des propriétaires et la disponibilité et l'efficacité de leur manager que nous tenons à remercier particulièrement !

great place

Our family (2 kids 7 & 9) stayed here the last 2 weeks of April 2011. Shirley, her partner and her appointed caretaker are wonderful and helpful people, invisible but there when you need them. The house is beautiful and immaculate and has all the comforts one can ask for. There are several beautiful seating areas and the pool is a great place to hang out. Agay is a good starting point to explore the Cote d'Azur from St. Tropez to Menton. Shopping is nearby and convenient as are the many restaurants. We would love to come back here someday.

best holiday ever

We stayed in this amazing place for 2 weeks with my family, it was our first experience in renting villas. And we decided never stay at hotels anymore. It has a very good location between Nice and St.Tropez, so you can see almost everything around Cote` d Azur. We loved the pool, which was cleaned regularly and kept in a very good condition, the well-equiped kitchen has everything you need for cooking, and the bbq was also a plus. We had the warm welcome from villa manager, who was very pollite and efficient. In general it was one of the best if not the best holiday ever for me and my family. We would recomend it to everyone, Love it.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
